Services
Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing an effective and practical coaching solution.
Individual
Sometimes people just need some help to figure things out, an impartial trusted professional to listen and help out. We work with individuals and teams to help gain clarity and focus on the actions that will move them forward in the direction they want to go
Group Coaching
We offer a range of options tailored to meet your individual needs and budget. Good things can take time - so we recommend at least 5 sessions (in addition to the complementary introductory session) and spacing them a few weeks apart is ideal. That will give you an opportunity to put your ideas into practice.
Partnerships, Profiles and Tools
We are an Authorised Affiliate of Blanchard Aotearoa New Zealand - the official licensee of Blanchard in New Zealand and the Pacific Territories, and our Principal Coach - David Cordery is an owner, Director and Consulting Partner. We are also accredited in Extended DiSC and DiSC Everything Workplace, and Motivation Matters For You.
